The Muppets make their long awaited return to the big screen. Starring and co-written by Jason Segal (Forgetting Sarah Marshall) and featuring music by Flight of the Conchords' Bret McKenzie. When a nefarious oil tycoon (Chris Cooper) plans to raze Muppet Theater to drill for oil, uber-fan Gary (Segal) sets out with his girlfriend Mary (Amy Adams) to reunite the disbanded Muppet troupe in order to save it.
